Are Seraphellè products cruelty-free?

Yes. Every Seraphellè product is 100% cruelty-free and is never tested on animals.

We carefully select clean, skin-loving ingredients that deliver luxurious performance while being gentle on your skin. Our formulas are free from parabens, sulfates, and other unnecessary harsh chemicals.

Our products are formulated with care and are dermatologist-tested whenever applicable. However, if you have particularly sensitive skin or known allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and performing a patch test before use.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We want you to love your Seraphellè experience. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our Returns Policy or contact our support team for assistance.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
