Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During product launches, promotions, or holiday periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Tracking

Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
- Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
